english pubs and walks to the water

like we said we were going to, we caught a bus to geelong. it was really cheap and the drivers were really nice and helpful compared to back home.

we had lunch in the english pub (the bended elbow) which was very nice and huge and good value for money! it cost $8 so about 3.20 in pounds... despite my burger looking a bit dodgy it wasn't it's just because i'm silly and play with my food and it was massive and hard to eat.

after that we wandered round the shops and greg bought some dickies shorts which he wanted for ages but we couldn't find any in manchester. they were meant to be 38 pounds but were on sale for 27! we we're going to take a picture of the sweet shop but forgot, and i'm sure you really don't care that much anyway.

after that we had an hour to wait for the bus so we walked down to the water and took some photos... not of the surroundings but of ourselves...

bye bye x x x

At enormous expense you travel half way round the world, to experiance another culture and way of life, to a country that is renowned for it's diverse culture, wildlife and stunning landscape.........and you have dinner in a sodding English pub and get the most excited about finding bloody Yorkshire pudding !!
From the pictures it looks magic so far, weather is about the same in Reddish and we went to our lake this weekend too (Debdale Park - Lower Gorton-On-Sea). I'll send some info on how drunk we all get for the Chelsea game and at which point Macka was arrested. Take Care.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your message. Hope Callum has as much fun as I did being Captain Jack Sparrow.

I'll get Matt or Pram to send me your email address.

Hope all is well and keep sending lots of comments when we post stuff on here.

Photo of the kangaroo eagerly awaited. United have drawn one each. And Saha scored. No doubt you know that already. Bet you don't know that I went with your ticket. Haa haa.

You were unlucky though. No-one expected Basil Fawlty to pop up at the front post and grab an equaliser.
Perhaps you shouldn't have had Manuel marking him.

United v Chelsea.
we wuz robbed !!
Rick drove from london after the works do at 3am this morning, he looked magic at 12-30pm when we met him at Piccadilly Station. All well behaved, no arrests, no sickness (apart from Rick on his way home from London) Got lots of fresh air and a splendid day of tasting real ale. (Well Guinness) Hope all's well in upside down land, take care bro. Pram.

Pram sounds like you had a good day. A headed equaliser was especially hard to take at 4.25am. Not a bad result but can't help feeling we had our chances.

James if we're going to be finicky about spelling then i'd definitely like to draw your attention to the fact basil scored his header at the far post.
Not sure how you post pictures though, don't think you can use HTML code. Ask Dave.

Aunty Deborah, you tried to wind me up about using my ticket to go to the game but you sent me an email whilst the game was still going on. Poor form.
